The design included storage tanks, piping and pumping systems, fire protection, and support services. Audubon Companies designed the truck loading facility and pipeline connections to connect the storage facility to a marine terminal. The team was based in Covington and Metairie, Louisiana and closely coordinated with on-site contractors in Puerto Rico to successfully execute design interface and maintain schedule.
