The joint venture between Holly Energy Partners, L.P. and Plains All American Pipeline will move 160,000 barrels per day common carrier crude oil pipeline that will connect the Cushing, Oklahoma crude oil hub to the Tulsa, Oklahoma refining complex owned by a subsidiary of HollyFrontier Corporation. The project is expected to begin construction in the Q2 of 2020 and in be in service Q1 of 2021.
