REV0-18-MAY-2020 Scope Of Work Audubon Companies was selected to serve as the Owner's Engineer to support Trafigura Trading, LLC in their effort to construct, own, and operate a deep-water port. The project consists of a single point mooring (SPM) buoy, associated pipeline infrastructure, and an onshore storage terminal facility. The purpose of this project is to allow for the loading of Very Large Crude Carriers (VLCC) at the proposed Deepwater Port via a SPM buoy system.
