People. Flexibility. Relationships. Experience. REV0-31-MAR-2021 Audubon Companies provided the engineering design and construc on management for a Landfill Gas (LFG) to Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) biogas pipeline project. The conversion of LFG to RNG reduces CO2 emission from landfills, while simultaneously providing a renewable energy source in the form of biogas. This project enabled our client to distribute up to 4 million standard cubic feet per day (4 MMSCFD) of biogas to local natural gas transmission providers. The project was completed in accordance with all local, state, and federal jurisdic onal requirements. Audubon Companies performed survey work including securing permits for construc on from each jurisdic on, as well as environmental agencies and self-performed field surveys including civil topographic, wetland, cultural, biological, and soil resis vity as required. The transmission pipeline was confirmed as regulated by the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administra on (PHMSA). Our team completed a class loca on analysis to verify the pipeline is designed to the correct safety standard. The scope of work also included construc on management and inspec on ac vi es and as-built documenta on.
