REV0-5-APR-2021
Audubon Companies was contracted to develop and implement a pipeline integrity management program for
below grade facility piping. The refinery client's exis ng cathodic protec on system had exceeded its design life
and lost effec veness. The current system could no longer provide adequate external corrosion protec on for
buried piping and on-grade tank base plates.
Audubon's scope of work included field data collec on, data integra on, analysis, and evalua on of corrosion
protec on for the exis ng plant piping. In addi on, our NACE cer fied engineers provided design, installa on,
and commissioning services for the new cathodic protec on and monitoring system to protect against future
corrosion. Two (2) years of maintenance and technical support was included. Ownership of data and online
systems also maintained by Audubon.
