PROJECT PROFILE: Black Bay Facility CLIENT: Helis Oil & Gas Company, LLC LOCATION: Black Bay, Louisiana • Fixed platforms • Produced water injection 32-man quarters • Water depth is approximately 8 ft • Design capabilities: 6,000 BOPD, 50 MMSCFD, and 80,000 BWPD • Designed to GOM standards • Compression • Gas dehydration, gas lift system, and gas sales • De-sanding and de-oiling hydrocyclones • Separation, oil treating and dehydration • Lease Automatic Custody Transfer (LACT) • Construction management PROJECT OVERVIEW PROJECT SCOPE Audubon Engineering Solutions' scope of work included the Front-end Engineering Design (FEED) and detailed design of three 6-pile and one 4-pile, steel-jacketed facilities. Services involved structural design of the decks and jackets, and facility design, including all process, electrical, instrumentation, mechanical and piping design. Additional services included project management, installation supervision, construction management, and commissioning and startup support of the facilities.
