Scope of Work
Audubon Companies performed the construction inspection for the Permian Express II project. The scope of work also included
personnel management services to provide a team of inspectors, consisting of 15 utility inspectors, 16 certified welding
inspectors, 3 NACE inspectors, one I&E inspector, and one systems management supervisor for each spread. This project
consists of five spreads (approximately 60 to 80 miles) that are 20" and 24" pipe lay, including a pig trap station and valve
sites for a total of 340 miles. The project will begin in Garden City, TX as a 20" pipeline and run to Sunoco Logistics' tank
terminal in Colorado City, TX. The pipeline will then run as 24" to Sunoco Logistics' tank facility in Corsicana, TX.
