PROJECT PROFILE: Walker Ridge Gathering System CLIENT: Enbridge Offshore Facilities, LLC LOCATION: Gulf of Mexico (GOM), Ship Shoal 332A • Project management of topsides integration • Detail design, procurement, and construction support • Water depth is approximately 450 ft • Design capabilities: ◦ Exporting mode: 100 MMSCFD ◦ Importing mode: 18 MMSCFD; 460 BHP • Front-end Engineering Design (FEED) • Sensitivity study • Commissioning and startup • Coordination of pipeline interface • Detail design of new multi-level process module • Platform piping, electrical, and utility interconnects design • Structural design of module and local platform verification • Process automation PROJECT OVERVIEW PROJECT SCOPE Audubon Engineering Solutions' scope of work included the detailed engineering for the topsides facilities, structural design of the module, local platform verification, pipeline interface, process automation, platform piping, electrical and utility interconnects. Additional services involved overseeing the project management through startup. Audubon Engineering Solutions also provided the Front-end Engineering Design (FEED), procurement, construction support as well as startup and commissioning. Our staff also oversaw measurement, compression, gas dehydration and motor control center (MCC)/ control building for a new multi-level process module.
