The design included storage tanks, piping and pumping systems, fire protection, and support services. Audubon Engineering Solutions designed the truck loading facility and pipeline connections to connect the storage facility to a marine terminal. The Audubon Engineering Solutions team was based in Covington and Metairie, Louisiana and closely coordinated with on-site contractors in Puerto Rico to successfully execute design interface and maintain schedule.
